Our Full Package offers everything you will require to have a stress free and enjoyable wedding planning experience, in the hands of a dedicated and professional wedding planner.
From our consultation call through to the end of your wedding day, I will be there on hand to expertly guide and work with you through out your wedding planning journey. You will receive dedicated care and attention throughout to make sure that your wedding is what you have always envisioned.

The partial planning services include all of the above but are not limited to these services
Prices range from £1100-£1800 depending on the scale of the wedding and the services required

On the Day
You've done almost everything, but need someone to help finalise every detail and make sure all your hard work is perfectly executed on your big day.
Let us ease the pressure so you don't have to worry timelines, suppliers and the finer details, especially on the big day!
Enjoy the build up to your wedding knowing that your wedding will be managed by a professional.
This service includes 10 HOURS ON-SITE MANAGEMENT on the day of Wedding and:

Initial meeting with bride & groom to go over wedding details, logistics & ideas

Coordinator takes over final planning tasks 4 weeks prior to wedding

Unlimited e-mail & phone guidance

Vendor referral list

Provide wedding planning documents: Wedding Items Check List, Planning Calendar, To-Do List & Budget Worksheet

Creation & distribution of detailed wedding day timeline & contact list for vendors & wedding party
-
Confirmation of contract, schedule & balances with vendors prior to wedding
-
Final walk-through with vendors two weeks prior to wedding
-
Organise & orchestrate wedding rehearsal
-
Coordinate with all vendors & wedding party before & during ceremony/reception to ensure everyone is on schedule

Manage vendors and assist with decor set-up for the ceremony & reception.
Bolt-on package available for styling and set-up prior to the day of the wedding.

Assist with the placement of ceremony/reception items (guestbook, signs, photos, menus, favours, etc)
-
Provide emergency kit & be the "go-to" person for any issues that may arise
-
Facilitate wedding ceremony: line up wedding party for processional, direct down aisle & cue DJ/musicians

Oversee gift & sign-in table
-
Prep wedding party for grand entrance
-
Handle late‐arrival or non-rsvp guests
-
Distribute vendor payments (as needed)

Make sure all vendors are out at a certain time
-
After Reception: Box all items for couple & ensure end-of-event arrangements are made
The fee for this service is £395 - £700 depending on the service requirement and amount of guests
